Graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
In 2014 he created one of the most popular and visited exhibitions, Dali. Live canvases, in Moscow.
In 2015 he opened the Lumiere Hall Creative Space in Moscow and the largest projection museum Lumiere Hall in St. Petersburg.
In 2017, he held the first Science Fest in Saint Petersburg. The festival has become an annual event that nowadays attracts more than 10,000 people.
In November 2017, he opened the world's largest Planetarium 1.
In 2018 he opened the Space Lab laboratory to support young inventors and startups.
In 2019 he created the first Russian-made sorter robot; in 2020, the first robots were installed at garbage sorting plants.
